Foot Reflexology
The initial session may take an hour and 15 minutes. A medical history is completed. The follow up sessions are about 60 minutes. Reflexes are stimulated on specific areas of the feet with specific pressure techniques. Pressure is firm and gentle to elicit a response in the reflexes with minimum discomfort to the client although tenderness may be felt at the reflex area itself.
Foot Pain techniques are an additional procedure to be discussed at the first session.
Hand Massage
The session is combined with foot reflexology for an additional 30 minutes of relaxation. It is performed on the palm of the hand as well as the lower arm.
Advanced Circulation for the Lower Leg
Advanced Circulation for the Lower Leg
The massage is performed above knees for energy flow below the knees and below the knees for energy flow above knees. Lower leg massage can loosen, and balance muscles, tendons and ligaments resulting in improved circulation. This is performed after the foot reflexology session.
