My name is Leona Spruyt.  I have always had a keen interest in health related issues and the functioning of the body.  Eight years ago, while still employed in  the corporate world, I met an instructor of reflexology and decided to take the foot reflexology course. That was only the beginning.  There is much more to be learned and I am continually reading books and taking courses, This is an exciting journey and I wish to continue helping others  to  find relaxation and an improved sense of well being with reflexology.

On a personal note, I am married with three grown children and six grandchildren. When I'm not giving reflexology treatments you might find me at fitness classes, training for a running event such as the Queen City Marathon, hiking or cross county skiing. I have been fortunate to travel to locations within Canada and to Peru, Ecuador and Costa Rica as well as several European countries. 

I believe we can all be like the stars that release energy and light up the night sky. Reflexology can boost physical vitality and increase energy to support natural healing on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels. With an increased sense of well being, our own natural energy enables us to sparkle.​
